Nestled within the campus of Far East's upcoming hotels in Sentosa and at the meticulously restored Mess Hall Heritage building, Royal Taj is the fourth outlet from Singapore Fast Food Pte Ltd in Singapore. Royal Taj showcases modern Indian cuisine by complementing the flavours and traditions of India with global ingredients and techniques. At Royal Taj, we have created a unique and innovating Indian dining atmosphere and give you a taste of history while you dine in the restored colonial building.

Spice of Life' Menu

 

Our menu is carefully designed and will appeal to a wide and varied clientele. Hotel guests can enjoy a sumptuous Indian International breakfast spread with rich flavors of spices that Indian food has to offer. Our executive chefs are designing eclectic menus for lunch and dinner buffet spreads as well as Executive 5 and 8 meal courses.

Management Team

 

Our dynamic management team comprises of the best in business. They bring with them many years of experience in their respective fields of work.

 

Tejpal Singh, CEO of the company, comes from a corporate background and brings with him many years of experience in business development and customer relations. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture with Singapore Fast Food, Tejpal has worked with DHL Singapore for close to 13 years. He holds a master’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, US and an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology- Delhi, India. His vision and guidance have led the company to grow at a phenomenal pace and has put it at par with the leading players in the food industry of Singapore.

 

 

Leading from the front, our Director- Sales and Operations, Banpreet Kaur, brings with  her over 10 years of experience in hospitality industry. From airline industry, to banquet sales and settingup retails outlets, Banpreet has steered Singapore Fast Food since its inception to a successful brand.

 

Gaurav Mishra, General Manager, who has previously worked with various five-star hotels in India and some of the most reputed brands in Singapore for more than 10 years, is the key contributor towards organising all kinds of the events. Coming from the hotels and events industry, Gaurav has handled various events, such as weddings, corporate and MICE events to the tune of 2000 guests, successfully.

 

Sachin Arora, Director & Head of Retail brings with him many years of experience in banqueting, set ups and retail sector. Cleanliness and quality maintenance form a very important and integral part of Singapore Fast Food and therefore Sachin also dons the role of the Hygiene Officer and follows the stringent norms to maintain the hygiene and quality.

 

Harpal Singh, Director, comes from a business background and has a vast experience in handling and managing the staff and operations. Harpal works in conjunction with Sachin and together they lead the retail department.
